Exam Stress...

"E=mC2...; Newton first law says...; The centrifugal force of a mass equals...; Spectrum of this Signal with the Fourier Transformation is...; Arghhh I can't take this much longer.... Damn...."

While the world is moving forward, mankind have learned various new ways of pushing others over their limits and such are being implemented in every aspect of life be if you are an employee ore employer or perhaps a student. As a student, I confess that every step taken along the way is filled with pressure and hardships and seeing that here in Germany, the Semester end examinations are taking place or for others just around the corner, I'm pretty sure that most of the students are really stressed out. This is especially the case for some of us, the ones studying overseas with the need of comprehending a foreign language while being pressured at the same time to achieve excellent results or the ones studying to become doctors and different other stressful academic related majors.

While stress is beneficial in certain ways, too much would cause one to rupture. There have been cases where people risk to lose their sanity over such matters and it's sad knowing that only if it's been managed well, incidents as such won't occur. The question is how does one able to release their stress or a better way to say it, manage their stress in a way that they won't hurt themselves or others in the process of doing so?? Here are some tips:-

p.s Thanks Apai for the picture... =P

1) Keep a clean environment - It's been said that a well managed and clean environment could help one concentrate better and calms one's soul.

2) Exercise and Balanced Diet - While exercise is known to stimulate the muscles, eating the right food is also important as it helps to 'power up' the body. Nutritions and exercise also helps the body to avoid fatigue during the working and studying period.

3) Get enough rest - While some students take it as a personal challenge especially during exams, to stay up as long as possible to revise, it is blasphemy to say that your body isn't tormented by it. Rest is important for the body and the mind to keep on moving especially during these times of stress.

4) Laughter and Humor - Quoting that laughter is the best cure, so is it for stress. Being up tight especially during these times could only result in more stress and depression. Laugh to a joke or two and it would help your mind relax especially when you are trying to solve a complex problem or something of that sort.

5) Think positive - You might be at world's end and the world seems to close in on you. There is no way out... Well, think positive. When God closes a door, He always opens a window. God my friends would never burden us to something, that He knows, we could never withstand. In other words the fight is never over before the war is won.

Apart from the given tips, I would just like to add that an early preparation is also necessary to succeed. Learn to motivate yourself and throw away the laziness that lies within. Besides that when you have tried your best, never forget to pray to the Almighty, as He is the only One you should trust your hope to and the only One you could seek for aid.

With all that said, I wish to all viel Erfolg ( lots of success ).
