A friend of mine posted this video on facebook recently and well, it's pretty awesome...
If you ask me my definition of average, it would probably be: Malaysians. (am proud to be one by the way...)
You want to know why I say so? It's because we know, in Malaysia, there's no difference if you are above average or not... if you are unique or not... hell if you are a genius even, the leaders they don't give a crap. So as it is implemented... why work so hard? Average is good enough right? =P

even if do you think average is good enough, we still had been stabbed in the back & betrayal by other crazy people and make us as their enemy.
otherwise you can make major changes & give impact at the top of the world.
making the best of everything is truly a good idea but, even in services, you perform as much as what you are paid.
I mean, don't expect a mercedes in return if you pay for a kancil. That's all I'm saying. =)
i think the one thing that resonate the most to me is that average means respect is not due to you, but is hard earned. :)
average is where you learn that you don't get something, but you need to fight for it... =)
