NWTRE Ep 9: Nasi Lemak...

There are two things that signifies one, a true Malaysian... the multicultural people and the food that comes with these multicultural races. Roti Canai, Yong Tau Foo and the Nasi Lemak are well known among our people. =)

Although we are not the richest people in the world, but we seriously do enjoy rich food don't we? Truth be told, Malaysians can tolerate anything as long as they are able to enjoy good food. =P

So why this topic right? Well, was craving for Nasi Lemak for quite some already and finally, managed to cook some for myself. Though it would never be as good as the ones wrapped in banana leave and cost RM 1 per pack, but heck at least my craving is gone. (Still looking forward for February to finally be bck in Malaysia though to where all the good foods are. =P)

Conclusion, the best foods are still in Malaysia and heck what I wouldn't give just to eat Roti Canai for breakfast, Nasi Campur for lunch and Yong Tau Foo for dinner. =)

Cheerios...

If you're lucky enough, you'd still get the RM 1 pack. =P Of course nowadays, you can't expect to get much from RM1 rite? =P

The Malaysian diet does cause the increase in the number of obese ppl in Msia but can we really blame the delicious food for being delicious? No right? Well, the Malaysians should also learn to control their lust for food or else one day, we will all be referred to as a 'cow' nation. =)
