Sleep...

How do you force yourself to sleep when you feel tired but not sleepy at all??

Anyone with tips do leave one behind...

Am afraid of getting insomnia...

Just call 0176-zzzz zzzz!! *yawn* =P

you can't force yourself to sleep.

from my bad experience, when you are in stressful situations in your life, nothing can help except you try overcome it with the right way.

The best remedy for you is do not think so much before you sleep. just let it go (forget & forgive). what the first thing i did was stop drinking caffeinated for a while (till now i seldom taking caffeinated beverages lol - more to green tea for a good health =D)

i think doing exercise regularly at least 20 minutes daily (ex:playing badminton ;p) is also good enough for you.

but for me, the most efficient way is do not forget & concentrate on prayers to Allah,the Almighty & reading the Qur'an, hopefully our heart and soul become more calm & peaceful.
