Nonsense...just another nonsense

Well hello beloved readers. Been gone a while and I'm back. Well not really finish with the moving. Not totally to be exact. So I'm here in my new place and this weekend will be doin some final touching up on the old place such as painting and moving big stuffs such as tables chairs and etc. Well good luck to me cause my leg is in pain and I just want to bite ot off rite now. =P Anyhow, I was at Weingarten last weekend where two friends (Su and Ana) of mine celebrated their birthdays together with Apai who came and visit. So Apai.. aku dah update blog. Jangan baca je..buat kerja sekali. To my two friends and another close friend Wadi, I would like to wish Happy belated Birthday (Wadi kau kena belanja Chili's balik Msia nanti) and may God bless all of you.

So the topic for today is 'nonsense...just another nonsense'. I would like to ask all of my beloved readers... what do you usually do when you hang out with your friends? Pretty sure that most of you would say, well we have our own favourite past times such as soccer, pool, bowling, movies window shoppingor just hang out. What I would like to talk about here is in between and even during this past time of ours, we tend to communicate from one thing to another. The thing is, it's fun. You can talk about stuff from relationship to politics and you can drift off to talking about the price of your new handphones or maybe even the weather. Though some out there may define it as absurd but some people define these topics as nonsense. So how do you define nonsense?

I look up the Oxford dictionary-thesaurus and hooked up on the word nonsense and it is simply defined as talks which are foolish and absurd. To be exact, something that makes no sense. Thus NONSENSE. So again let me ask...How does one defines nonsense? Is it when someone talks about something that has not been invented? Or is it when someone talks about something that might not happen? The thing is about the word absurd, it's been thrown around for centuries before us. Well not necessarily in english that is. =P If yoiu ask Alexander Graham Bell during his time when he was about to invent the telephone about what he was working on and he said he was creating a gadget that would help to connect people from different continents, you would probably laugh at his face and call it nonsense. Now tell me how do you define nonsense?

The way I look at it, people tend to use the word nonsense when they don't have anything to gain from it. By gaining from it I mean money, power and even fame. I think its in all our nature (same as not wanting to admit that we are wrong) that we tend to be envious of something that is not of our glory. When people (sadly especially those who are close to us) talk about they wanting to invent a new type of gadget of any sort, we tend to laugh and put down their ideas. If not, trying to be polite, we would just bob our heads up and down and smile at the same time while our minds wonder. Even better we tell them to shut their trap and ask them not to speak nonsense. Nonsese? Well its not nonsense that they talk of, but here we are trying to label another brilliant idea to nonsense. So my conclusion would be, nonsense...well its just another type of nonsense. What do you think? =P

Cheerios.

tell you what nonsense really means...having to work your ..*(part of the human anatomy that oozes browny things*) off....just to go home , sleep for a few seconds and wake up early to go to work again...

anyway.. reading your blog was the highlight of my day...if not my week.
